Hi! I’m Lex 🤍

I’ve spent the last five and a half years working at sea as a stewardess, and somewhere between ocean crossings, yoga sessions and hours surfing, I discovered Pilates which transformed my strength and movement ✨

Before that, I studied Disabilities and Adaptive Movement at university — which inspired my passion for creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone can feel strong and supported.

Coming home felt like the right moment to bring that vision to life, and that’s how Luna Movement was born 🌙
